Being part of the land comprised in and demised in the lease dated 9TH june 1890 made between john davidson of the one part and agnes rainey of the other part and therein described as:. “All that piece of building ground on the north side of the newtownards road in the townland of ballyhackmore parish of holywood barony of lower castlereagh and county of down containing in breadth in front to the public road eighty two feet three inches in the rere to the north eighty feet eight inches in depth from the front to rere on the east side two hundred feed and on the west side two hundred and eight feet to be the said several admeasurements more or less containing one rood and a half of ground bounded on the north and west by property of the lessor on the south by the county road leading from belfast to newtownards and on the east by lands in the possession of mr a m carlisle which said demised premises are more particularly described on the map hereon endorsed” now known scott’s court at 128 – 130 upper newtownards road belfast.. Together with all buildings fixtures (including trade fixtures) and fixed plant and machinery from time to time thereon.
